The Outdoor armchair STAY XL white fabric with soft volumes Blomus turns a simple patio into a laid-back lounging landscape. Perfect beside a quiet pool, on a generous roof terrace or at the end of a garden deck, this extra-long outdoor lounger immediately suggests slow afternoons and unhurried conversations. Its extended, cushioned seat and gently upright segmented back resemble a contemporary daybed adapted for open air. The off-white fabric brightens the space without the glare of a stark white, giving a calm, cloud-like impression. Around the base, the loose cover seems to drape and pool softly, reinforcing the relaxed character. With no visible legs, the armchair appears to float slightly above the ground, like an oversized cushion designed for sprawling. Whether you place it as a solo statement piece or pair it with a low stone side table, the STAY XL naturally becomes the visual anchor of your outdoor relaxation area.
The STAY XL outdoor armchair stands out through its generous, elongated shape and soft, sculpted appearance. The 150-centimetre length forms a long, padded rectangle that invites full-body reclining, while the 80-centimetre height and width give it reassuring presence. The seat flows into an upright back made of subtly segmented sections, each like an individual cushion stitched together, creating gentle rhythms of shadows and seams. Wrapped in off-white fabric, the whole piece has a unified, enveloped look, with natural folds and slight creases gathering around the base. This loose, almost upholstered-skirt effect gives the armchair a casual, resort-like character. The absence of hard edges or sharp corners keeps the silhouette friendly and approachable from every angle. Visually, it sits somewhere between a chaise longue and an oversized lounge cushion, making it particularly easy to integrate into contemporary, minimal or coastal-inspired outdoor spaces.
With its 150 cm length, the STAY XL lounger deserves a spot where stretching out is truly possible. On a terrace, position it slightly aside from main circulation, perhaps lengthways against a textured wall or opening towards a favourite view. The 80 cm width fits neatly along a pool edge or on a generous balcony, leaving room for a compact side table in stone or metal. In a garden, set it on a level deck or paved platform so the soft base lines remain clearly defined. For a cohesive outdoor lounge, you can explore coordinating pieces within the wider selection of outdoor daybeds and lounge chairs and build around this XL piece as your central element. Orient the upright back towards conversation areas or towards a vista you enjoy, making the armchair both a visual endpoint and a comfortable destination.
The off-white STAY XL armchair acts as a calm anchor you can style and restyle over time. Treat its soft, neutral volume as a canvas for changing accents: lanterns, side tables, outdoor rugs or planters in muted tones of sand, stone, olive or charcoal will keep the look balanced. Because the lounger’s form is rounded and generous, it pairs especially well with simple, linear architecture and straightforward decking patterns, creating an appealing contrast. If you later rearrange your outdoor layout, this piece can move from poolside to terrace corner without clashing, thanks to its gentle colour and unfussy lines. To maintain visual coherence, echo its off-white shade in a couple of repeated touches – cushions, pots, or pergola curtains – so it always feels intentionally integrated rather than added on.
