Left-corner sofa IXIA cream fabric and wide chaise

The Left-corner sofa IXIA cream fabric and wide chaise instantly defines a welcoming living room zone when placed along the main wall of your lounge. Its generous proportions turn that wall into a soft, inviting backdrop for everyday family life and relaxed evenings with friends. The cream upholstery brings light into the room and works as a calm canvas for colourful cushions, textured throws and patterned rugs. With the chaise positioned on the left when facing the sofa, you gain a natural spot for stretching out with a book or enjoying a Sunday nap. Loose back cushions encourage a laid-back attitude, allowing you to personalise support and appearance. The clean, squared arm neatly finishes the profile, while the concealed low base keeps the overall silhouette airy and contemporary. This is a statement piece that structures space and conversation without visually weighing down your living room.

Visual character and style

The Left-corner sofa IXIA stands out through its long, low profile that immediately elongates the room. The main linear seat flows into a wide left-hand chaise, forming an open L-shape ideal for lounging. Cream linen-cotton fabric wraps the structure in a soft, subtly textured surface that looks warm yet refined, neither shiny nor overly rustic. Several loose back cushions line the backrest, creating a rhythmic sequence of generous volumes contrasting with the clean geometry of the base. The squared arm on one side adds a strong visual stop, emphasising the horizontal lines of the design. Because the base sits low and remains hidden, the sofa appears to float slightly above the floor, which lightens its generous size. Together, these details result in a balanced mix of comfort and clarity, giving the sofa an understated sculptural presence in the living area.

Why this sofa is a strong choice

• Wide left-hand chaise and 300 cm overall length provide ample room for family lounging, guests and relaxed everyday stretching out.
• Cream linen-cotton upholstery delivers soft texture and easy pairing with pale woods, black accents or colourful decorative accessories.
• Loose back cushions invite custom comfort, allowing you to adjust support, layout and visual rhythm whenever you feel like changing.
• Squared arm and hidden low base create a clean, contemporary line that suits minimalist, Scandinavian or modern urban interiors effortlessly.
• Corner layout works perfectly against a long wall, organising circulation and forming a clear, welcoming relaxation island within the living room.

Placement ideas in your home

In a typical living room, position the Left-corner sofa IXIA along the longest wall, with the wide chaise facing towards the window, TV or fireplace to open up the view. Its 300 cm length and 161 cm chaise depth naturally create a central seating landscape; a compact coffee table can sit comfortably in front without overcrowding circulation. In an open-plan space, let the sofa back subtly separate lounge and dining areas, using the chaise side as the end of the conversation zone. A generous rug underlines the footprint and helps define the corner visually. Because the upholstery is cream, you can easily combine it with either light wood nesting tables or a darker media unit for contrast. If you wish to explore matching seating, our curated selection in the modern sofa category offers additional pieces that echo its relaxed lines.

Maintaining long-term visual harmony

The Left-corner sofa IXIA, with its neutral cream linen-cotton cover, acts as a flexible anchor for evolving decor over many years. You can shift the mood seasonally simply by rotating cushions in earthy rusts, deep greens or inky blues, all of which sit beautifully against the light fabric. The clean rectangular structure pairs elegantly with oak, ash or birch furniture, while also welcoming black metal lamps or side tables if your taste becomes more industrial. Its understated geometry ensures that even when you move pieces around, the sofa remains easy to integrate under artwork, beside bookcases or near a floor lamp. Introduce natural textures such as jute rugs or woven baskets to emphasise warmth, or glass surfaces to highlight the sofa’s airy profile. Whatever combinations you explore, this corner sofa keeps the room’s visual centre calm and coherent.
