Satisfaction or refund

If an article does not suit you, Loft Attitude undertakes to refund or exchange it under the following conditions:

1. You must contact us +33 (0)4 94 79 82 12 to make your return request.

2. You have 14 days after receipt of the package to return your items to your fees.
    Be aware of any order shipped (even unreceived) will incur transportation costs going and back.

3. Items in their original packagings must be in perfect condition, accompanied by the number of your order.

4. The items must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions...).

5. Returning items travel to the risks and risks of customers.

* Shipping and return fees remain at your expense. For the return of your items, we advise you to return your parcel by recommended or parcels followed in order to follow your parcel. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent in due port.

7. The refund will be within 15 days of receipt of the items. Beware since January 2021 when an order is cancelled PayPal will no longer refund the 4.9% fees, so these costs will be deducted from your refund!

8. In case the product is not perfectly packed and the original packaging is damaged, it is possible that the return is refused or partially refunded.
